Abstract

Coal mining activities of PT. Tempirai Energy Resources Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra is conducted in an open pit mine. After mining activities are carried out then reclamation activities are carried out. According to the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1827K/30/MEM/ 2018, reclamation is an activity carried out during the mining business stages to organize, restore and improve the quality of the environment and ecosystem to make it function again according to its designation. This study aims to plan land use activities that will be made, planning revegetation activities and find out the costs required for reclamation activity plans at mine disposal in 2020. The land for reclamation plan will be carried out in the disposal area, which has a gentle slope and will be structured by dividing into 4 blocks A, B, C, D followed by the process of spreading top soil from pit 203B to the disposal area to be reclaimed and the process of calculating dimensions and manufacture of drainage channels based on rainfall in Tungkal Jaya sub-district, Musi Banyuasin with a period of 10 years. The revegetation plan consists of planting cover crops, analyzing soil quality, selecting the type and number of plants, such as sengon, meranti and durian, making planting holes, installing stakes, fertilizing and planting revegetation plants, making signboards and work huts, and maintenance. The costs required for the planning activities include direct costs amounting to IDR 5,713,910,500 indirect costs amounting to IDR 1,393,126,661 with a total cost for reclamation of IDR 7,107,037,161 as the total of direct and indirect costs.
