Abstract

This research aims to knowing and analyze how the effect of leadership style on the employee performance of PT. Surya Prima Abadi. The population on this research took all of the employees of PT. Surya Prima Abadi which is 100 people. This study uses stratified random sampling technique and sampling technique from this research using slovin technique sampling, therefore the sample of this research are 50 employees at PT. Surya Prima Abadi. This study uses primary data which is obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as a data analysis techniques. The results showed that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The suggestion which could be given is the leader can apply the participating or consultative leadership style in order to improve the employee performance of PT. Surya Prima Abadi
