Abstract

This study aims to describe the availability of internet facilities for online learning in each student's family and to describe the parents' perceptions of the policy of learning from home related to the availability of online learning facilities at SD Negeri 235 Palembang. This research uses a quantitative methods with descriptive statistic analysis. The subjects of this study were 153 parents of students of SD Negeri 235 Palembang. Data collection techniques in this study using a closed questionnaire technique via google form. The data analysis technique used is to find the percentage of Respondents' Achievement Level (TCR). The results showed that of the 153 respondents, there were 134 respondents with a percentage of 87.6% whose houses had electricity and could be used properly and only 54 respondents with a percentage of 35.3% who had devices / computers / laptops available and could be used properly. Then, the average level of achievement of respondents' perceptions was 72.52 which was categorized as quite good. This illustrates that the perception of the parents of students at SD Negeri 235 Palembang towards the learning from home policy related to the availability of online learning facilities is quite good. Key words: Parents' Perception, Online Learning Policy, Facility Availability, Learning Online Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ketersediaan fasilitas internet untuk belajar dalam jaringan di masing-masing keluarga peserta didik dan mendeskripsikan persepsi orang tua terhadap kebijakan belajar dari rumah terkait dengan ketersediaan fasilitas belajar dalam jaringan di SD Negeri 235 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 153 orang tua peserta didik SD Negeri 235 Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuesioner (angket) tertutup melalui google formulir. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah mencari persentase Tingkat Capaian Responden (TCR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 153 responden, terdapat 134 responden dengan persentase 87.6% yang di rumahnya tersedia listrik dan bisa digunakan dengan baik dan hanya 54 responden dengan persentase 35.3% yang di rumahnya tersedia gawai/komputer/laptop dan bisa digunakan dengan baik. Kemudian, rata-rata tingkat capaian persepsi responden adalah 72,52 dengan kategori cukup baik. Hal ini menggambarkan bahwa persepsi orang tua peserta didik di SD Negeri 235 Palembang terhadap kebijakan belajar dari rumah terkait dengan ketersediaan fasilitas belajar dalam jaringan adalah cukup baik.
