Abstract

The aims of this research were to: (1) To analyze the difference income of catfish breeders before and afther the PT.Pertamina CSR Program in Gandus (2) Measure the effectiveness of PT.Pertamina CSR Programs in catfish breeders in Gandus District (3) Analyze the perception of catfish breeders in Gandus Subdistrict towards PT.Pertamina CSR Program. This research was conducted in Kajang Bayan Village, Gandus District, Palembang City, from February to March 2019. The research method used case study method and the method of sampling in this study is census. This research collected in primary and secondary data. The results of this research are (1) There is a difference in income between the average income before and after the program that is equal to Rp80.903.499/year. The average income before the program is Rp 301.430.795/year and after the program is Rp Rp 382.334.294/year. And based on the results of the t-test the significance (2-tailed) is smaller than the alpha used in this study is 0.05 or (0,000 <0.05) with a t value of 12.022. Then Ho is rejected; (2) Achieving the effectiveness of Eco Green Fish Farming program viewed from six indicators, there is a high rating ith an average total score of 36,80.; (3) the perception recipient of CSR farmers which viewed from five indicator, there were high value perception about CSR program of PT.Pertamina with an average total score of 33,80.
