Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap disiplin keija karyawan pada PT.Kereta Api (Persero) Sub Divisi Regional III. 1 Kertapati Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa kueisioner dan menggunakan 54 responden. Sedangkan pada metode analisis data, peneliti menggunakan uji instrumen untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas kueisioner. Selanjutnya digunakan uji normalitas dan heteroskedastisitas untuk menguji apakah data yang digunakan normal atau tidak. Selanjutnya menggunakan uji parsial untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi mempengaruhi disiplin Pada kerja karyawan PT.Kereta Api (Persero) Sub Divisi Regional III. 1 Kertapati.
