Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel fundamental, yaitu Earning Per Share (EPS), Retum On Equity (ROE), dan variabel teknikal (harga saham masa lalu) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaanperusahaan yang sahamnya masuk dalam indeks LQ 45 pada periode 2006 sampai 2009. Sampel yang terpilih dari populasi diambil berdasarkan metode purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 17 sampel. Model yang digunakan dalam menganalisis variabel-variabel tersebut diatas adalah model regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) yang memenuhi kriteria BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimator). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada periode penelitian. Dari ketiga variabel independen tersebut juga diketahui bahwa EPS merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi harga saham. Kata Kunci: Harga Saham, EPS, ROE, dan Harga Saham Masa Lalu.
