Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan unit usaha terminal pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) cabang Palembang Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana. Yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 karyawan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Il(Persero) cabang Palembang pada unit usaha terminal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang dikembangkan dari variabel (X) Budaya Organisasi dan variabel (Y) kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan regresi, diperoleh persamaan Y=6,540+0,617x. Diketahui bahwa koefisien regresi X sebesar 0,617 menyatakan bahwa setiap terjadi perubahan dari variabel Budaya Organisasi (X) sebesar 1 satuan, maka akan meningkat 0,617 kinerja karyawan.
