Abstract

This study aims to (employees) PT. Telkom Palembang. Results showed that from a sample of 60 respondents who become employees of PT. Telkom Palembang then from the six variables tested namely cost effectiveness, program materials, principles of learning, facilities, the ability of participants, and training infrastructure, only two variables that have an influence on the performance of employees of PT. Palembang namely Telkom cost effectiveness and ability of participants. To conduct further research to be more perfect, the authors suggest to compare between the employees in other state-owned companies, such as: PT. Pertamina, PT. Bukit Asam, PT. Cement Balfour, etc., so it will obtain results that can be compared with the results of this study.
