Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel kualitas layanan rumah sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang terhadap kepuasan pasien baik secara simultan maupun parsial serta untuk mengidentifikasi variabel kualitas layanan manakah yang dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien rumah sakti Muhammadiyah Palembang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis model regresi berganda. Melalui uji F dapat diketahui secara simultan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Konsumen. Disamping itu melalui Uji t dapat diketahui secara parsial variabel daya tanggap dan kehandalan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien rumah sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Sedangkan dari kelima variabel yang diuji, variabel kehandalan merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien.
