Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh atribut produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian kamera digital Canon, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah sensus sebanyak 77 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel atribut produk yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah variabel fitur produk. Kualitas produk, desain produk dan citra merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Karena itu, perusahaan harus lebih giat mempertahankan dan menciptakan inovasi terbaru bagi produknya.
