Abstract

The title of this research is “The Elasticity of Palembang City’s Streets Illumination Tax Revenue”. The target of this research is to find out the elasticity of streets illumination tax revenue in Palembang City and also to find out the influence of Gross Regional Domestic of Product toward the revenue of streets illumination tax. The analyzed variables are streets illumination tax and Gross Regional Domestic of Product. The used data type is secondary data which source from Palembang Statistic Center, Palembang Acceptance Department, and others of journals and books. This research used simply regression linear method of analyzing. The result show that elasticity of streets illumination tax revenue is elastic/relatively elastic which elasticity level more than 1. Streets illumination tax has been influenced with significant manner by Gross Regional Domestic of Product.
