Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi Keija Karyawan terhadap Kesempatan Promosi Jabatan pada PT KAI Umt Kertapati (Persero) Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini PT KARPe m?8ntahU1 ?elaksanaan Perian prestasi kerja dan promosi jabatan pada hpmm t T l' ,Dlsamping ltu’ untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap promosi jabatan di PT KAI(Persero). Penelitian ini meruDakaf penehtran bcrsrfat Deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden terdiri dari SDM akuntansi, keuangan, aset, sarana, jalan rel dan jembatan dan operasi. Penelitian mi menggunakan data primer yang d peroleh melaluTkuTsW cS metode anahsisrs Regresi Sederhana sebagai teknik analisis daTaHasd Zntrr menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Penilaian Prestasi P ene litian yang signifikan sebesar 0,705 (70.5%) dan dapat diterima. mempunyai Pe[1B*roh kata kunci: penilaian, prestasi, kerja, promosi, jabatan
