Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kedisiplinan guru terhadap tingkat prestasi yang dicapai siswa di SMA PGRI Gelumbang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa kuesioner dengan menggunkan 118 responden yang tebagi atas 89 responden siswa dan 20 responden guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji instrumen yakni uji validitas dan realiabilitas kuesioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis regresi sederhana untuk mencari persamaan regresinya, lalu melakukan uji korelasi dan koefisien determinasi untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar variabel terikat dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan regresi bahwa kedisiplinan guru hanya tergambar sebesar 40,2% di SMA PGRI Gelumbang, dan diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat korelasi yang sedang dan hubungannya positif antara kedisiplinan guru dan prestasi siswa di SMA PGRI Gelumbang.
