Abstract

This study aims to measure the performance of the Lubuklinggau City Hakmaz Taba Syariah Hotel with the Balanced Scorecard concept. The Balanced Scorecard measures performance from four perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, learning and growth perspective. The results of the study using the Balanced Scorecard show that for each perspective, the performance is quite good. So, it can be concluded that the Lubuklinggau City Hakmaz Taba Syariah Hotel is included in the criteria, with some suggestions and improvements that need to be made.
