Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between emotional maturity and decision making in young married teenagers in West Prabumulih District. While the hypothesis in this study is whether there is a relationship between emotional maturity with decision making in young married teenagers in West Prabumulih District. The population in this study amounted to 196 people and a sample of 12 in young married teenagers in West Prabumulih District. Data collection techniques in this study using the scale of emotional maturity and decision-making scale. The analysis technique in this research is simple regression test. The results of this study indicate that emotional maturity has a significant relationship to decision making with a significance value of 0.002 (p <0.05). In this research there is R value equal to 0,268 while F value sebesa 9651. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between emotional maturity with decision making on in Young married teenagers in West Prabumulih District. The effective contribution of emotional maturity variable to decision-making variable is 0,072%.
