Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Size, Return On Assets (ROA), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada perusahaan Food and Beverages di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Food and Beverages yang berjumlah 18 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 10 perusahaan, unit analisis menggunakan data pooling sebanyak 50 pengamatan dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan secara simultan Size, Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), hasil uji F menunjukkan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,006 < 0,05. Secara parsial Size perusahaan Food and Beverages signifikan negatif terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Return On Assets (ROA) perusahaan Food and Beverages tidak signifikan terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) perusahaan Food and Beverages signifikan negatif terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Kata Kunci : Size, Return On Asset (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
