Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi current ratio (CR), net profit margin (NPM), debt to equity ratio (DER) terhadap dividend payout ratio (DPR) dengan return on equity (ROE) sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang didapatkan melalui laporan keuangan perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang berjumlah 144 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 20 perusahaan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa CR dan NPM tidak berpengaruh terhadap DPR, sedangkan DER berpengaruh terhadap DPR. NPM dan DER berpengaruh terhadap ROE, sedangkan CR tidak berpengaruh terhadap ROE. ROE berpengaruh terhadap DPR. NPM dan DER berpengaruh terhadap DPR dapat dimediasi oleh ROE, sedangkan CR tidak berpengaruh terhadap DPR dan tidak dapat dimediasi oleh ROE.
