Abstract

The use of lithium batteries as electrical energy storage in various electronic equipment is increasing. Fires in the use of lithium batteries are one of the incidents that often occur, so safety policies are the most important thing in using lithium batteries. Solid polymer electrolyte is considered as one of the solutions to ensure safety in lithium batteries. Solid polymer electrolyte with PVdF-HFP and PEO as a polymer and TiO2 as an additive. The manufacture of solid polymer electrolyte uses the solution casting method with the addition of variations of the LiBOB electrolyte in the immersing process which aims to increase the conductivity of the lithium batteries made. The addition of LiBOB electrolyte solution in the immersing process can increase the conductivity of the lithium battery performance by 10-6 S / cm. XRD results showed a decrease in crystallinity which resulted in an amorphous phase solid polymer electrolyte, SEM results showed many pores produced by SPE. Using a LiBOB (EC: DEC: EMC) electrolyte produces chemical stability of 3.30 V and provides good electrochemical properties. This can be seen from the results of the resulting CV curve which forms the peak of oxidation and reduction and has the best ion reversibility value.
