Abstract

Everyone must have known what a pipe is, a cylindrical object that is used to drain fluid, such as alteria in the body and veins in human blood vessels that drain blood from one organ to another. It is necessary to carry out a stress analysis on a piping system so that at the time of safe use can be done using computer software. One of the software based on the finite element method used to analyze a piping system is Caesar ii. Because this study aims to determine the results of the calculation of Caesar ii software by using tracing and analysis of the input formulas and standard formulas used for sustain and expansion loads. experienced by the steam outlet drain piping system The standard used in this research is ASME B31.1, pipe diameter is 50mm, the allowed corrosion limit is 3mm, pipe material ASTM A335 P92, pressure 17.2 bar, temperature 207.7 degrees Celsius, wall thickness 11 mm, and the insulation thickness is 40 mm. The results of this study are the results of the stress distribution analysis, strain, and displacement in the piping system. . In the initial calculation of the analysis of the distribution of stress, strain, and displacement in the steam outlet drain piping system, the thing that must be considered is the placement of the pipe support. Keywords: Piping system, Stress distribution analysis, strain and displacement, Caesar II Semua orang pasti telah mengenal apa itu pipa, sebuah benda berbentuk silinder yang digunakan untuk mengalirkan fluida, seperti halnya alteri pada tubuh dan vena dalam pembuluh darah manusia yang mengalirkan darah dari organ satu ke organ lainnya.. Perlunya dilakukan analisis tegangan pada suatu sistem pemipaan agar pada saat penggunaannya aman bisa dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak komputer. Salah satu perangkat lunak berbasis metode elemen hingga yang digunakan untuk menganalisa suatu sistem pemipaan adalah Caesar ii.Oleh sebab penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil perhitungan perangkat lunak Caesar ii dengan menggunakan penelusuran dan analisis terhadap masukan rumus rumus dan standar yang digunakan terhadap beban sustain dan ekspansi yang dialami sistem pemipaan hrh steam outlet drain Adapun standar yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini yaitu ASME B31.1, diameter pipa 50mm, batas korosi yang diizinkan 3mm, material pipa ASTM A335 P92, tekanan 17.2 bar, temperature 207.7 derajat Celsius, wall thickness 11 mm, dan insulation thickness 40 mm. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah hasil dari analisis distribusi teganga, regangan, dan perpidahan pada sistem perpipaan. . Pada perhitungan awal analisis distribusi tegangan, regangan, dan perpindahan pada sistem pemipaan hrh steam outlet drain, hal yang harus sangat diperhatikan adalah peletakan dari pipe support.
