Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) number 7, energy use is at the core of the 2030 agenda in sustainable development. Therefore, energy access must be enjoyed by all parties who need it. In addition, it must create an energy source that is reliable, environmentally friendly, and does not burden the community's economy. One of the efforts made is by applying the criteria for energy efficiency and conservation based on the Indonesian green building standards (Greenship). This criterion has the objective of determining a building that is judged to meet the energy-saving criteria guided by the greenship. Greenship is a green building guideline created under the Green Building Council Indonesia. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Engineering, Sriwijaya University because it is a faculty that has more than two buildings with an area of 2,500 m2. So that analysis research can be carried out on the application of energy efficiency and conservation criteria based on the guidelines from the Greenship standard. Data collection are carried out by observing, measuring, and interviewing. Other data are the technical drawings of buildings and energy consumption of the last six months. The results of the analysis and discussion carried out showed that the building of the Faculty of Engineering, Sriwijaya University which was assessed received different percentages. The Coal Building is the only one that meets assessment in this study by getting a percentage of 36.11% because it exceeds the minimum percentage limit according to the GBCI provisions, which is 27% to 40%.
