Abstract

This research is aimed at designing a prepaid electrical appliance system using the Blynk application. Design of this system The design of this Prepaid Electrical appliance system uses the ACS712 sensor to detect current and the ZMPT101B sensor to detect voltage, the microcontroller is used to control the ON / OFF of electric current based on the number of pulses that are still available and the ESP8266 Module is used to connect the microcontroller with the Blynk application as a topping up application that can be done anywhere as long as there is an internet network. The test results show that the system has been able to run well, namely it can flow electricity when pulses are still available and cut off the flow of electric current when the pulse is used up with an average error of the current measurement results of 10% and the average error for voltage measurement 7.4%.
