Abstract

The development in the industrial sector not only has positive implications but also has negative implications, such as industrial waste products which accumulate every day, therefore it must be utilized. One of the uses of these processed products is as raw material for concrete mixtures. The waste content of 5 samples weighing 500 grams tested was 16.36%. The waste gradation test was carried out using the tool size which was found to obtain a modulus of 4.16. The series on the sand plate unit consists of a sand wash process using a double deck vibrating screen, vertical shaft impactor, belt conveyor, dewatering screen, hydrocyclone, sand pump, while the sludge treatment process uses a flocculant box, decanter tank, slury pump, circulating tank. . The sludge content produced sand from 5 samples weighing 500 grams tested at 7.4%. Testing the gradation of artificial sand using a sieving tool obtained a fine modulus of 2.96. The sludge content produced was sufficient from 5 samples weighing 500 grams tested 1.25%. The test object in this study is a cylinder with a diameter of 10 cm and a length of 20 cm with a volume of 0.00157 m3. The types of concrete tested included K 175, K 250, K 300, K 350, K 400. Compressive strength at 28 days K 175 with an average of 14.53 Mpa, K 250 with an average compressive strength of 21.71 Mpa , K 300 with an average compressive strength of 26.44 Mpa, K 350 with an average compressive strength of 31.22 and K 400 with an average compressive strength of 33.23 MPa. The manufacture of concrete with a mixture of manufacturing sand has met SNI-03-2847-2002, so it can reject that manufactured sand is suitable for use as a concrete mixture.
