Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of interest credit and reserve requirement for supply credit by commercial bank in Indonesia. The data that used in this research is secondary data, for 1993 - 2007. Thi study by using multiple regression with ARMA method (Autoregresive Moving Average ). Based on estimation results shows that R2 is 0,877 that is 87,7% supply credit of commercial banks influenced by interest credit and reserve reqiurement. Based on t-test interest credit does not influence for supply credit. Otherwise, reserve requirement positif influential for supply credit of commercial bank in Indonesia.
