Abstract

Chronic kidney disease is associated with high risk of vardiovaskuler mortality due to bone mineral disorders. Sclerostin is an inhibitor of W nt signaling which increase vascular calcification in pantients with chronic kidney disease. Teh purpose of this study is to detemine the correlation between serum sclerastin and carotid intima media thickness (CIMT) in patients with chronic hemodialysis
