Abstract

Congenital heart disease is the most common cause of death in developing and developed countries. In the medical world, congenital heart disease can be seen using Ultrasonography (USG). Congenital heart disease is generally a septal defect in the heart (a hole in the heart). The position of the hole in the heart in this study focused on the hole in each class, atrial septal defect (ASD), the hole between the right and left atria. Ventricular septal defect (VSD) is a hole between the right and left ventricles. Atrioventricular septal defect (AVSD) is a hole above or below the valve. The method used is You Only Look Once (YOLO). The best model is obtained by setting the learning rate, epoch and batch size that has been increased, from the best model the results are obtained for ASD with IoU 62.95%, Map 69.31%, VSD with IoU 41.65%, Map 34.99%, and AVSD with IoU 53.86% , Map 39.12%.
