Abstract

The aim of the research was to evaluate the growth and yield of black soybean (Glycine max L. Merril) due to applicating of liquid organik fertilizer of azolla and N, P, K fertilizer. Research was conducted from September 2017 to January 2018 at farmer land in Sematang Borang, Sako, Palembang. Randomized complete block design was used in this research with seven treatments and three replications. The treatments were P0= Control (without organic fertilizer + N, P, and K fertilizer 100%), P1= Azolla liquid fertilizer 100% (without N, P, and K fertilizer), P2= Azolla liquid fertilizer 100% + N, P, and K fertilizer 50%, P3= Azolla liquid fertilizer 50% + N, P, and K fertilizer 100%, P4= Azolla liquid fertilizer 75% + N, P, and K fertilizer 50%, P5= Azolla liquid fertilizer 50% + N, P, and K fertilizer 75%, and P6= Azolla liquid fertilizer 50% + N, P, and K fertilizer 50%. The observed variables were plant height, number of branches, number of productive branches, number of pods, percentage of packed pods, number of root nodules, wet weight of the plant, and dry weight of the plant. The results showed that treatment of Azolla liquid fertilizer 100% + N, P, and K fertilizer 50% (P2) gave the best effect on growth and yield of black soybean. It was indicated by plant height (37,39 cm), number of productive branches (23,33), number of pods (35,00), wet weight of the plant (105,83 g), and dry weight of the plant (27,17 g)
