Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Retum On Assets, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Accounts Receivable Turn Over, Inventory Turn Over, and Accounts Payable Turn Over against the lending decision of working Capital loan in PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, as well as to determine the ratios which are influential and any ratios that are not needed anymore. This study used a logistic regression model in which to test statistics, test the classical assumption in advance. The results indicate that the ratio of 10 tested, only 4 ratio with significant influence joinfly against the decision of working Capital loan in PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, including Current Ratio, Retum on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Accounts Receivable Turn Over. In partial results of the study indicate that the Current Ratio and Retum On Equity has a significant positive effect, while the Debt to Equity Ratio and Accounts Receivable Tum Over a significant negative influence on the decision of working Capital loan in PT Bank Mandiri Tbk.
