Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui produksi marginal tenaga kerja, produksi margina modal dan pendapatan pada industri pengolahan kopi di kota Pagar Alam. Data yang digunakan data primer yang di peroleh dari industri pengolahan kopi di kota Pagar Alam melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 24 industri pengolahan kopi di kota Pagar Alam. Besar produksi marginal tenaga kerja dan produksi modal menggunakan analisis fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas jangka pendek. Hasil penelitian industri pengolahan kopi di kota pagar alam menunjukkan bahwa produksi marginal daritenaga kerja (MPl) menunjukan hasil meningkat terhadap produksi kopi dan produksi maijinal dari modal (MPk) menunjukan hasil menurun terhadap produksi kopi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata pendapatan industri pengolahan kopi di kota Pagar Alam belum memaksimalkan pendapatan yang diperoleh, karena dari 24 industri pengolahan kopi yang diteliti hanya 7 industri pengolahan kopi (29,17%) yang pendapatan di atas rata-rata. Kata kunci : Produksi marginal dari tenaga kerja, produksi marginal dari modal, pendapatan, industri pengolahan kopi.
