Abstract

The level of regional financial independence of Ogan Ilir Regency in the 2018 fiscal year is in the low category with a consultative relationship pattern, because the balance funds are greater than the percentage of total budget of PAD with a small percentage of PAD, namely 31.44 percent. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the level of regional financial independence of Ogan Ilir Regency in the 2018 fiscal year and to determine the factors that have the highest to lowest significant influence on the level of regional financial independence in Ogan Ilir Regency for the 2018 fiscal year. The theory used is the theory of factors. which affects the level of regional financial independence from Kaho which consists of human factors, financial factors, equipment factors, and management factors. The research method used is quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of the level of regional financial independence in Ogan Ilir Regency for the 2018 budget year is 37.90 percent to 50.80 percent with factors that have a significant influence on the level of regional financial independence in Ogan Ilir Regency are human factors and significant factors. lowest factor is the equipment. The suggestion of this research is to pay more attention to the factors that are in the lowest position such as equipment factors which in this case are the duties of the Regional Revenue Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency.
