Abstract

This research purposes is to analyze the effect of financial performance, and investment opportunity set on value of the company. This research uses sample of company values in food and beverage subsector manufacturing company in Indonesian Stock Exchanges during 2015-2017 period. The number of consumer goods manufacturing company uses for sample is 11 companies with 5 year observation. Based on method purposive sampling, the total of research sample is 55 financial statements. Hypothesis in this research uses multiplier regression. Result of this research is indicates that return on assets did not affect the value of the company,Return on equity have positive influence and significantly on value of the company have positive influence and significantly on value of the company and investment opportunity set have negative influence and significantly on value of the company.
