Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal pada pokok bahasan Kinematika gerak lurus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini iala seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya. Sampel pada penelitian ini yakni siswa dari kelas X IPA 1 yang berjumlah 35 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitas nya. Pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu soal berpikir kritis yang berjumlah 9 soal dengan 9 indikator Ennis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan dan telah dikelompokkan sesuai dengan kategori yang telah dibuat, siswa dominan memiliki keterampilan berpikir kritis rendah. Sedangkan hasil analisis tiap indicator keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa diperoleh 2 indikator sangat rendah, 2 indikator rendah, 2 indikator sedang, 2 indikator tinggi dan 1 indikator sangat tinggi.
