Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru Bimbingan dan konseling SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya dan SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya utara. Peneliti merupakan instrumen utama dalam penelitian dengan dibantu pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi digunakan untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian layanan dasar yang diberikan oleh guru bimbingan konseling selama pandemi covid-19 dengan menggunakan jenis layanan penempatan dan penyaluran, layanan informasi dan konseling individual dengan menggunakan strategi layanan klasikal dan konseling perorangan/individual. Pemberian layanan terlaksana dengan baik, walaupun begitu masih ada kendala yang dialami guru bimbingan konseling sehingga pelaksanaan layanan selama pandemi covid-19 masih kurang efektif.
