Abstract

Visualisasi merupakan salah satu teknik untuk memberikan kemudahan seseorang dalam memahami suatu data informasi.. Visualisasi bertujuan untuk membaca ataupun mengenali dan menyimpulkan serangan yang terjadi. Clustering k-means dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi data serangan dan data normal. Serangan SQL injection adalah serangan yang mengeksploitasi kerentanan database menggunakan kueri SQL, biasanya digunakan untuk mendapatkan akses masuk ke database. Cross Site Scripting (XSS) merupakan serangan injeksi , dimana cracker dapat mencuri akun pengguna dan data pribadi. Serangan SQL injection dan Cross Site Scripting (XSS) dapat dilihat berdasarkan syntax dari penelitian-penelitian yang telah ada. Pola serangan SQL injection dan Cross Site Scripting pada dataset RAMA Repository dapat dikenali dengan beberapa parameter seperti IP address, request url, dan type attack. Hasil clustering juga dievaluasi dengan confusion matrix untuk mengetahui seberapa besar akurasi deteksi serangan SQL injection dan Cross Site Scripting. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai akurasi sebesar 91.09%, nilai precision sebesar 91.00%, nilai recall 91.00%, serta nilai f1-score sebesar 91.00%.
