Abstract

This research intend to analyze the effect of Free Cash Flow (FCF), Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) towards Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) of the manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data for this research was taken from manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) period 2013-2017. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method so that the sample can be obtained as many as 20 companies. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research showing that Return On Asset and Investment Opportunity Set is significant positive effect to dividend payout ratio. Free Cash Flow and Debt to Equity Ratio doesnt have any significan effectt to dividend payout ratio. In addition only obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) 0.123 which means that free variables are able to explain variable of 12,3% whereas the rest were 87,7% explained by variables other than research.
