Abstract

Kota Palembang merupakan salah satu kota yang ditetapkan sebagai Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) melalui PP No. 50 2011. Sebagai kota KSPN, Palembang saat ini terus melakukan perkembangan dari berbagai sektor, contohnya sektor pariwisata. Namun, dikarenakan destinasi wisata di kota Palembang sudah semakin banyak, dan terbatasnya informasi mengenai destinasi wisata di kota Palembang saat ini membuat banyaknya destinasi wisata di kota ini jarang dikunjungi oleh para wisatawan. Oleh sebab itu, sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi permasalahan mengenai penentuan dan juga minimnya informasi terkait destinasi wisata dapat diselesaikan dengan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dengan menggunakan 4 kriteria, yaitu kriteria biaya, jarak, fasilitas, dan aksesibilitas. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall. Pada sistem yang dibangun berbasis website dan visualisasi panorama 360 derajat. Hasil akhir sistem berhasil menampilkan rekomendasi destinasi wisata diurutkan dari peringkat paling pertama.
