Abstract

This study aims to study and analyze how to use the environment on the performance of the employees of Sei-Baung Public Health Center At Palembang. The population of this study is all employees of Sei-Baung Public Health Center At Palembang, played by 37 people. The sampling technique of this study uses a saturated sampling technique , thus the respondents of this study were 37 people in all companies of Sei-Baung Public Health Center At Palembang. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results showed a positive and significant work environment on employee performance.
