Abstract

A combined heal and power (CHP) system offers a potential technology giving not only economical method but also energy saving nationally in a large scale. This system is a solution which can produce electricity and heat where both components needed Total efficiency of CHP system is about 90 % consisting of 30-40 % in the form of electricity energy and more 1hm1 50 % in the form of thermal energy. One of the CHP advantages produced by Jenbacher Energiesysteme, AG is that the sy5tem can be operated by using gases with very low heating value and also gases wi1h very high heating value .
