Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the use of the word inductive model pictorial description essay writing skills against students of class IV SD Negeri 2 Sungai Baung Musi Rawas Utara. The methods used for in this research is Quasi experimental with the kind of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The techniques used in this research is a technique of non probability Sampling with this type of Sampling is saturated. The sample consists of two classes, namely class is a class of experimental IVA and IVB of the control class is the class. Data collection techniques used were a written test. On a class of experiments provided the now student response against the use of the word inductive model pictorial essay writing skills against description. Based on the results of a test of normality test data using the Chi squared pretest and posttest data data class sample Gaussian. Its homogeneity test data using the F test in second grade, after having tested the pretest and posttest data data both groups expressed Research on the research hypothesis is tested using t-test hypothesis test is calculated after retrieved that t_hitung = t_tabel > 9.11 = 2.00 so Ho Ha rejected and accepted. Then it can be inferred that there is an influence of the use of the word inductive model pictorial description essay writing skills against students of class IV SD Negeri 2 Sungai Baung.
