Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Ineffective Factors of Website Management Budget Planning at the National and Political Unity Agency of South Sumatra Province in 2019". This study aims to determine the dominant factors and tomeasure the influence of internal and external factors in influencing the ineffectiveness ofwebsite management budget planning. The concept used is the concept of factors thataffect the effectiveness of the budget from Sutarto which includes internal and externalfactors. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with survey researchmethods. While data collection techniques consist of questionnaires, documentation, andobservation. The results of this study indicate that external factors have a partial effectwhich is 44.9 percent, while internal factors have no significant or weak effect, andintemal and external factors have a simultaneous effect. The suggestion of this research arebudget planning must be carried out on time with a good studies, and also provide strictsanctions for employees who violate the budget planning process.
