Abstract

Research on porous carbon preparation from apu-apu (Pistia Stratiotes) plants and applications as lithium battery electrodes has been carried out. Batteries made from apu-apu oil (Pistia Stratiotes) activated carbon. Activated carbon was prepared from pistia stratiotes by hydrothermal process for 16 hours and grilled with microwave oven at a temperature of 800 ° C. SEM analysis of the anode-apu electrode shows a micrograph that has a cavity measuring 837 nm and a pore size of 261 - 485 nm. The results of XRD diffraction analysis of apu-apu carbon (Pistia Stratiotes) showed diffraction peaks, the diffractogram needed to be compared with several diffractogram standards. The carbon peak at 2θ = 26.86 °. The peak in polyaniline 2θ = 38.82 °, 41.12 °, 55.08 °, 65.3, peak 2θ = 28.73 ° is Silica mixed with KCl and peak 2θ = 44.97 ° 78.43 ° is the peak of aluminum. The filling speed slope is between 0.9983 to 0.9995, while the discharge speed is 0.9962 to 0.9997. Thus the average filling speed is relatively the same as the average discharge speed. The power of the battery ranges between 0.02-0.03 W, while energy is given between 20.95-31.69 Wh. Proper measurement results of 30% concentration of lithium sulfate electrolyte in liquid media have the best stability.
