Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) regional retribution collection procedures in Transportation Department of Palembang City, (2) efforts to increase realization of regional retribution collection, and (3) whether collection procedures of RLCT services and route permit retribution can be applied to another collection retribution. The study design used is descriptive qualitative. Data used is qualitative data. Data collection technique used interview and documentation. Analysis technique used descriptive qualitative, consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, decision making. Results of the study are: (1) the regional retribution collection procedures is different from one another, (2) the problems in regional retribution collection also different from one another, (3) During 2014-2017 period, only RLCT services and route permit retribution that can reach of target, while anothers can’t reach it, and (4) collection of terminal, parking and MVT retribution, can follow assertive of RLCT services and route permit retribution collections.
