Coronavirus is a virus that causes COVID-19 disease that can infect humans. COVID-19 disease can be spread through the wrong public places such as markets. The market is one of the locations that has the potential to spread COVID-19 which must pay attention to the hygiene and sanitation aspects of public places. Technically, sanitation includes three elements, among others: waste water, solid waste, and environmental drainage. The purpose of this study was to analyze the availability of sanitation facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Jakabaring Retail Market. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Information was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. There were 11 informants in this study. Analysis of the data used is content analysis. Validation test is carried out through triangulation of sources, methods and data. The results of the study indicate that this market has attempted to provide sanitation facilities but some things are not in accordance with the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2020 concerning Healthy Markets. Clean water facilities are not tested regularly every 6 months, toilet facilities with food and food traders are less than 10 meters away, there are no garbage disposal sites and TPS, drainage is not covered with metal lattices, and facilities are not yet fulfilled. hand washing for 1 per wet shop trader and not easily accessible to traders and buyers in the Market for the implementation of health protocols. Disinfection has not been carried out regularly (at least 3 times a day) in shared areas, and for social distancing facilities there are no floor markers and information media in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 382 of 2020 concerning Protocols for Community Health in Place And Public Facilities in the Context of Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).
