Abstract

The support system of decision-making of exemplary midwives is made based on data obtained from the Puskesmas Muara Lakitan Musi Rawas Regency. The calculation used in this study is that weighted products can be helpful in the process of determining the recommendations of exemplary midwives. Assessments used based on Science, Responsibility, Attendance, Patient Relationships, and Cooperation. This result will be used as an effort to make decisions on the selection of exemplary midwives. In the decision-making process, a computer-based Decision Support System (SPK) is required to calculate assessment considerations on the criteria specified when determining exemplary midwives in order to be more objective and faster process time.
