Abstract

This study aims to develop a sit-up test kit based on sensor technology in Garuda Muda Ogan Komering Ulu Football. The research method used is research and development (research and development). The subjects of development research were divided into two groups. The small-scale group trial consisted of 15 athletes and the large-scale group trial consisted of 30 athletes. The results showed that the sit up test tool based on sensor technology has a percentage level of validity of the test and exercise measurement experts of 94% and the validity of IT experts of 95% so that the tool can be said to be feasible. The level of reliability in the small group trial is 0.200 using the SPSS application with the High category. While in the large group trial it was 0. 200 uses the SPSS application with a High category so that it is said that the level of reliability of the tool carried out in large and small group trials has a High reliability category. The findings of this study indicate that the development of a sit-up test tool based on sensor technology can be used as a valid, effective, and practical tool for calculating sit-up tests. The implication of this research is that it can be used as a a reference for further researchers in the development of sensor technology based sit up test kits.
