Abstract

The main objective of this research is to find out how the effect of e-learning and organizational commitment on job performance of nurses in Siloam Sriwijaya Hospital. The sampel of this research is nurses In Patient Department and Out Patient Department of Siloam Sriwijaya Hospital. The sampling technique in this study used a census technique of 113 respondents. The analysis technique was used a multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that 1) E-learning had positive and no significant effect on job performance of nurses and 2) Organizational commitment had positive and significant effect on job performance of nurses. The suggestions are 1) Improve the reliability aspect of e-learning; 2) Increase nurses' prosperity to increase organizational commitment from nurses, and 3) Improve supervision of nurses, so they can use time efficiently in their activities.
