Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of non financial compensation on performance of employees at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) UPT Balai Yasa Lahat sub unit of lokomotive. The population in this study was all employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) UPT Balai Yasa Lahat sub unit of lokomotive totaling 53 people. The study used saturated sampling technique which means that all members of the population of 53 respondents were used as samples. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaire distributing method and the analysis technique used were descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that non financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employees performance at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) UPT Balai Yasa Lahat sub unit of lokomotive.
