Abstract

Poverty is a major problem faced by every country, especially Indonesia, therefore to reduce poverty the government has created a direct cash assistance (BLT) program. Because the problems are often found in the field, that people who are not entitled to receive direct cash assistance receive assistance while those who are categorized as poor do not receive it at all. Therefore, to handle these considerations, Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) has a very good performance in dealing with problems that contain inaccuracies or inconsistencies. In this study, there are 4 BLT alternatives with 8 indicators for decision-making considerations. The purpose of this study is to recommend people who are entitled to receive direct cash assistance so that there is no misdirection in the distribution of cash direct assistance funds. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that the Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making method produces an accuracy value of 88.5%.
