Abstract
This researtch is titled “Analysis of Public Satisfaction with Service of Light Rail Transit (LRT) Palembang”. This research examined level of public satisfaction which compared between expectation degree and perception degree. The purpose of this research is to find out public opinion about services were given by Light Rail Transit (LRT) Palembang. This reseacrh uses quantitative descriptive method. Sources of data of this research are samples of public who used services. This research used service quality theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman, dan Berry based on five dimensions, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Based on the results which compared between total of expectation degree and total of perception degree of public opinion can be concluded that public satisfaction is 94.76% . This research recommended to Light Rail Transit (LRT) to improve, and maintain of service quality.
