Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development and the effect of Money Supply and People's Business Credit on Indonesian Economic Activities. Economic activities in this study are viewed from Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product. The data used secondary data such as time series, 2010-2019. Data were obtained from Central Statistics Agency, Ministry of Trade Republic of Indonesia and Indonesian Banking Statistics. The analytical method used qualitative and quantitative analysis by using ordinary least squares. The results of this study indicate that the growth of Gross Domestic Product, Money Supply and People's Business Credit are fluctuated. Regression results indicate that the Money Supply has positive and significant effect on Indonesian Economic Activities, while People's Business Credit has positive and insignificant effect on Indonesian Economic Activities.
