Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian pada lapangan “NS” cekungan Sumatera Selatan, dengan daerah yang menjadi fokus pada penelitian ini adalah Formasi Baturaja dan Formasi Talang Akar, dengan data yang digunakan adalah data well log. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui estimasi cadangan hidrokarbon dengan metode volumetric. Parameter fisis yang digunakan merupakan hasil dari analisis petrofisika, meliputi SW, фe, NTG (Net To Gross), serta volume bulk diperoleh dari data luas area lapangan “NS”. Parameter-parameter tersebut digunakan untuk menghitung cadangan gas bumi (OGIP) dan minyak bumi (OOIP) pada Formasi Baturaja dan Formasi Talang Akar. Berdasarkan interpretasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif data log, litologi pada daerah penelitian terdiri dari batu gamping, batu pasir dan shale/clay, dengan kandungan Volume Clay (Vcl) pada reservoar lebih kecil dari 30% (Vcl < 30%), Saturasi air (SW) dibawah 70% (SW< 70%), dan porositas efektif rata-rata (фe) 18%. Dari korelasi sumur didapatkan 10 reservoar menerus, diantaranya B1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10 yang menunjukkan semakin menipis kearah Utara, dengan distribusi saturasi air dan porositas semakin baik kearah Timur. Berdasarkan perhitungan cadangan hidrokarbon diperoleh total cadangan minyak bumi mula-mula (OOIP) pada formasi Baturaja dan Talang Akar sebesar 49,32955083 MMSTB (Million Stock Tank Barel) dan total cadangan gas bumi mula-mula (OGIP) pada formasi Talang Akar sebesar 5762,536135 MMSCF (MillionStandart Cubic Foot). This research has been carried out using well log data of Baturaja and Talang Akar formation of "NS" field, South Sumatra basin. It aims to determine hydrocarbon reserves estimation by use of volumetric method. The physic parameters used are the result of petrophysical analysis, including SW, фe, NTG (Net To Gross), as well as bulk volume obtained from the data area of the "NS" field. These parameters are used to calculate natural gas (OGIP) and petroleum reserves (OOIP) in the Baturaja and Talang Akar Formation. Based on qualitative and quantitative interpretation of log data, lithology in the research area consists of limestone, sandstone and shale, with the content of clay volume (Vcl) in the reservoar smaller than 30% (Vcl<30%), water saturation (SW) below 70% (SW<70%), and average effective porosity (фe)18%. The well correlation produces 10 continuous reservoars, including B1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10 which shows that it is getting thinner towards the north, with the distribution of water saturation and porosity getting better towards the east. And based on the calculation of hydrocarbon reserves, the total initial oil reserves (OOIP) in the Baturaja and Talang Akar formations is 49.32955083 MMSTB (Million Stock Tank Barrels) and the total initial natural gas reserves (OGIP) in the Talang Akar formation is 5762, 536135 MMSCF (Million Standard Cubic Foot).
